Women's Kickboxing

Learn Practical Self-Defense • Build Strength • Get in Great Shape

Our Women’s Kickboxing program, led by Master Kim, blends real striking technique with an energizing full-body workout. Kim brings decades of experience to every class, holding a 4th-degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and a 2nd degree Black Belt in Hapkido, along with extensive training in multiple kickboxing styles.

What You’ll Learn

This is not a glorified aerobics class. Students learn true kickboxing technique, including:

  • Punches
  • Kicks and proper chambering
  • Elbow and knee strikes
  • Combinations utilizing all the above
  • Strong guard
  • Blocking and avoidance skills
  • Footwork
  • Timing, accuracy, and power

Good technique is the foundation of safe and effective training, especially for anyone who may eventually try MMA, transition into traditional martial arts, or simply wants real self-defense skills.

What to Expect in Class

Instructor Kim’s sessions include:

  • Five timed rounds of kickboxing work
  • Intermittent core and strength exercises
  • Focus on flexibility, endurance, and total-body conditioning

You’ll leave each class stronger, more confident, and with a solid understanding of how to strike correctly.
