Youth Mixed Martial Arts Program

Our Youth Mixed Martial Arts Program is specially designed for boys and girls ages 8–12. Using a blend of Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, and Boxing, our students build a well-rounded and realistic foundation for both sport performance and practical self-defense.

The program is led by Coach Cole Barnard, a professional MMA fighter who holds a 4th-degree black belt in Taekwondo, a 1st-degree black belt in Hapkido, and a purple belt in Jiu Jitsu. His experience and teaching style help create a safe, structured, and exciting training environment.

Safety is a top priority. All classes are age-appropriate, controlled, and supervised at all times.

Along with physical skills, students learn effective de-escalation strategies and gain the confidence to protect themselves responsibly if needed. We emphasize that Mixed Martial Arts is more than just punching, kicking, and submissions. Our students develop important life skills such as respect, confidence, discipline, perseverance, and teamwork.

By the time they reach their teen years, students who choose to continue into our Teen/Adult MMA program—or pursue competition in MMA, Kickboxing, or Jiu Jitsu—will have a strong and complete foundation.
